CSH organised an expert guest lecture for Hospitality & Hotel Administration students

Chitkara School of Hospitality organised a Special Expert Guest Lecture for first-year students of BSc Hospitality & Hotel Administration (H&HA) and BSc HA and Fourth-semester students of BSc H&HA.

The lecture was delivered by Mr Rajat Sethi, General Manager, The Grand, New Delhi as well as Ms Sonia Khanna, Director HR, The Grand New Delhi. Mr Sethi who has over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry in different verticals shared his views and vision for shaping the budding hoteliers of tomorrow. He said that now was the time for him to utilise facilities and resources at his disposal for shaping the future of young hotel management graduates. He added that for him, interacting with students was the best way to contribute to the growth and development of young hotel management students while they were in college.

Ms Sonia Khanna addressed the students and discussed the key attributes, skills and attitude, students should develop while in college in order to be successful and put their careers on the fast track in the ever challenging, evolving and competitive hospitality sector. She advised students to work hard for their goals and laid emphasis on developing the right attitude in order to be successful hoteliers.
