Chitkara University’s 75th Republic Day Celebrations Resonate with Patriotism
Chitkara University celebrated the 75th Republic Day of India with unparalleled fervour and enthusiasm, showcasing a grand spectacle under the meticulous organisation of the Office of Student Affairs. This year’s celebration, themed ‘Bharat Geet: From Constitution to Dreams,’ unfolded as a poignant tribute to the nation’s rich heritage and democratic principles.
The esteemed event witnessed the presence of Dr. Madhu Chitkara, Pro-Chancellor, Chitkara University, who graced the occasion with her distinguished presence. Dr. Madhu Chitkara unfurled the national flag, symbolising unity, and released balloons that soared high, embodying the spirit of freedom and collective aspirations. Joining her were Dr. Archana Mantri, Vice-Chancellor, Chitkara University, and Dr. SC Sharma, Registrar, Chitkara University, both adding their distinguished presence to the celebration.
The day unfolded with a series of meticulously planned events, including parades and cultural performances that captivated the audience, paying homage to the shared values and democratic ethos that define the essence of the nation. The cultural kaleidoscope showcased the diversity of India, celebrating unity in diversity and fostering a sense of pride among the participants.
