Chitkara University welcomes budding teachers
The most challenging and appreciating life of any human being is stepping into such a day where he/she is oblivious of what will happen with them. Based on this notion Chitkara College of Education for Women commenced its 12th batch with its orientation.
The event was glittered by the presence of dignitaries like Dr. Madhu Chitkara, Vice-Chancellor, Chitkara University, Wg. Cmdr R.S Gill, President University Affairs, Rina Angel, Associate Director of Administration, and Dr. Sangeeta Pant, Dean, CCEW.
Dr. Madhu Chitkara greeted the students by telling them how fortunate they were that they decided to contribute their bit to the society by choosing such a respectable profession. Being a torchbearer from a long time she provided the students with a bit of glimpses from her journey and thereby motivated them to not become just successful but become able and well versed teachers. She also encouraged the budding teachers to instill among them the hunger for curiosity as it would serve them to become great teachers in the future.
After that, Dr. Sangeeta Pant highlighted the features that make Chitkara College of Education one of its kinds in the region by emphasizing the core points like curriculum meeting industry needs, hands on experience, stress on practicability rather than theory and so on.
