Chitkara University Students Shine at 51st All India Table Tennis Championship 2024

Chitkara University athletes showcased their table tennis prowess at the 51st All India Inter-Institutional Table Tennis Championship 2024 held in Chandigarh. The event saw stiff competition from top universities across India, but Chitkara University students stood out with impressive medal-winning performances.

Oiahiki Joardar, a second-year BBA Professional student, delivered an exceptional performance, securing a Bronze Medal in the Women’s Team event and a Silver Medal in the Women’s Doubles event. Her consistent and strategic gameplay, paired with excellent teamwork, was instrumental in earning these accolades. Oiahiki’s achievements not only highlight her individual skill but also represent Chitkara University’s commitment to fostering sporting talent among students.

In another remarkable feat, Lakshita Narang, a final-year BBA student, earned a Bronze Medal in the Women’s Team Category, contributing significantly to the team’s overall success.
