Chitkara University recognises as ‘Outstanding University for Training and Placements’ at Edufuture Awards by Zee Digital
Chitkara University has received the award for the “Outstanding University for Training and Placements” category in a glittering ceremony of Edufuture Awards organised by Zee Digital at The Leela Ambience, New Delhi. The award was received by Dr. Madhu Chitkara, Pro-Chancellor, Chitkara University; and Dr. Archana Mantri, Vice-Chancellor, Chitkara University; on behalf of the university. The event was organized on June 25th, 2022.
The Edufuture Excellence Awards recognise the changemakers who rose above the challenges to create stories that inspire future generations. The primary goal of the Edufuture Excellence Awards 2022 was to recognise and honour the contributions made by educational leaders, organizations, teachers, and students who went above and beyond to exhibit excellence in the field of education. Minish Sisodia, Education Minister, Delhi; Anurag Tripathi, CBSE Secretary; Sharad Vivek Sagar, CEO, Dexterity Global, Social Entrepreneur & Expert at KBC; Bani Paintal Dhawan, Head of Education, India and South Asia. Google Cloud India Pvt. Ltd; Divya Arora, National Director, AFS Intercultural Program, India; Rohit Anand, Head HR CoEs were some of the esteemed speakers at the event. At the event, Sisodia said, “I appreciate the constant efforts that we are putting to bridge the gap in the education industry. Do hope to continue strengthening policies and bring fruitful changes in terms of imparting knowledge to the students.”
The two sessions during the event emphasized on strategies to enable teachers to pursue professions in the new economy and ways to raise Indian education to international levels. Experts from the education sector spoke at length on creating comprehensive programs and effective initiatives as well as how to use them to their fullest potential to produce tangible outcomes. Commenting on the accomplishment of the award show, Shridhar Mishra, Chief Revenue Officer- Digital, Zee Media, said, “As a communicator, we are delighted to recognise best practices in the education industry.
