Chitkara University ranks 2nd in ‘Multidisciplinary Emerging Universities in All India’ by The Week-Hansa Research Survey 2021

Chitkara University, Punjab achieves high rankings in The Week Magazine & Hansa Research Survey 2021 of “The Best Universities in India”. Chitkara University, Punjab ranked 2nd in ‘Multidisciplinary Emerging Universities 2021’, 3rd in ‘Private Multidisciplinary Universities-North Zone’, 11th in ‘Private Multidisciplinary Universities’, 12th in ‘Multidisciplinary Universities- North Zone’ and 41st in ‘Best Universities in India 2021- Multidisciplinary Universities’.

The Best University Survey 2021 was conducted by The Week and Hansa Research to rank the best multidisciplinary and technical universities in the country. The poll was open to universities that are accredited by the UGC, offer full-time postgraduate courses in at least two areas, and have graduated at least three postgraduate batches.

The number of nominations received and the actual ranks provided to the university were used to compute the perceptual score for the university. The factual score was determined using data on age and accreditation, infrastructure and other facilities, faculty, research and academics, student intake, and industry exposure and placements gathered from universities and other secondary sources.

In last year’s survey, Chitkara University was ranked 57th in the top ‘Multi-Disciplinary Universities in All India’, 19th in the top ‘Private & Deemed Multi-Disciplinary Universities in All India’, 16th in the top ‘Multi-Disciplinary Universities in North Zone’ and 4th in the top ‘Private & Deemed Multi-Disciplinary Universities in North Zone’.
