Chitkara University Hosts Visionary Threads Art Exhibition Fostering Creativity and Well-Being

The Chitkara Happiness Centre, in collaboration with the Department of Interior Design, Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture (CSPA), recently hosted “Visionary Threads,” an Art Exhibition-cum-sale at the Chitkara University campus. This unique event aimed to showcase artistic talents, foster emotional connections, and promote aesthetic appreciation through diverse forms of creative expression.

“Visionary Threads” featured an array of artwork, including paintings, sculptures, and installations, all crafted by emerging artists. Adding to the creative atmosphere were face painting booths and live tattoo stalls, where visitors could get custom tattoo designs. The exhibition was designed to not only display talent but also encourage interaction, inviting participants to immerse themselves in the beauty of art.

To engage the audience further, the Chitkara Happiness Centre team organised interactive activities and games, adding an element of fun to the event. Activities such as “Blow the balloon and catch the toffees” and “Flip the paper challenge” encouraged participants to actively join in the celebrations, enhancing the event’s atmosphere of joy and inclusion.

The event received positive feedback from attendees, who appreciated the platform it provided for emerging artists and the inspiring range of artwork on display.
