Chitkara University Dominates in National and International Sports Arenas

Led by Harinder Pal Singh, Director of the University Sports Board, Chitkara University’s athletes have consistently achieved new milestones, bringing pride to the university and the nation.
At a recent event in Nagrota Bagwan, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, where Chitkara’s team competed in the UTT National Ranking Table Tennis Championship 2024, Singh was congratulated by Kamlesh Mehta, Secretary General of the Table Tennis Federation of India. Kamlesh Mehta, a prominent figure in Indian table tennis, praised Harinder Pal Singh and his team for their dedication and success in promoting the sport.

During the event, Harinder Pal Singh invited Kamlesh Mehta to serve as the Chief Guest at the AIU North Zone Inter University (Women) Championship, to be hosted by Chitkara University in November 2024. The event is expected to attract top talent, reinforcing Chitkara University’s position as a hub for sporting excellence.
