Chitkara students interact with World’s favorite TV chef Alan Coxon
Chitkara University ensures that its students interact with some of the best from the industry to initiate academia-industry crossing point. This exposure enables our students to develop a renewed confidence and motivate them to excel in their field. One such opportunity was given to our students from Chitkara School of Hospitality.
The students met Chef Alan Coxan at The Taj Hotel in Chandigarh. Alan Coxon is ‘The Food Archaeologist ™’ and has established a reputation as one of the world’s favorite TV chef and presenter, with exceptional culinary talent and an unparalleled knowledge for the earliest origins of ingredients. Our students were in awe of Alan due to his knowledge and profound gastronomic know-how.
He was here to give a presentation and this is when our students met him. The students thanked the University and Chitkara School of Hospitality for letting them meet Alan Coxon. They learnt a lot from him as he told them the basic aspects of becoming a good chef.
