Chitkara student represents us at IIM, Bengaluru

It was again time for us to take pride in our student Rahul Puniani, who studies in second year of Mechanical Engineering at Chitkara University, as he represented the University at Indian Institute of Management in Bengaluru.

Rahul, the budding engineer, attended ‘Relead-2014’, an international program designed to equip skills to lead into the future at the IIM at Bengaluru.

The foundations of Relead were in psychology, philosophy, personal growth, management, ecology and systems thinking. It used an ontological approach to leadership – looking at the ‘being’ of a leader.

Rahul derived a lot from the event as it led to building up his professional and personal personality and he pays gratitude to his alma mater for giving him an opportunity to be at the much coveted IIM.
