Chitkara School of Mass Communication- the place to be

Chitkara School of Mass Communication at, Chitkara University, Punjab, is an excellent media school that has been able to carve a niche in the media industry in a very short span of time. This is because of impeccable training provided to students by exceptional faculty that the University is proud of and specifically designed programs (BJMC & MJMC) to fulfill the needs of the media industry today.

The school boasts of updated lab and studios that helps our students to get the real feel of the reel world that they will soon be a part of. At present the School has 3 radio studios, audio editing studio, TV studio, Production Control Room (PCR) for TV, video editing studio, computer lab apart from 3 studios in its radio station (Radio Chitkara 107.8 FM), which is on air for 24 X 7.

In both the programmes (BJMC & MJMC) we offer Radio and TV as compulsory specialisation and Print or Advertising as an optional one.

The University keeps adding and introducing various programs and equipments needed to instill the confidence required in a media professional.
