Chitkara School of Hospitality hosts eminent ‘Michelin Star Chef Rupert Rowley’

Chitkara School of Hospitality recently hosted globally acclaimed and eminent “Michelin Star Chef Rupert Rowley” at the University’s Rajpura campus.

Chef Rupert, in his much candid and inspiring interaction with the budding Chefs from Chitkara School of Hospitality, shared his journey to success.

“Passion is what one needs to excel and succeed in life,” said the multi-talented and innovative Michelin Star Chef while sharing some of the Mantras of Success with the students.

Live demonstration of making yummy “Yorkshire Fishcake” and “French Apple Tarte” was a spectacle that everyone relished at the Chitkara School of Hospitality. Chef Rupert gave some tips to the young Chefs and asked them to experiment with their cooking and develop their own style!

At the end of the session, he presented a Chef Jacket signed by him to Chitkara as a souvenir. The students gained expert insights into the world of cooking from Chef Rupert and took back a lot from the interesting interaction.
