Chitkara Prof Harkiran Kaur honoured for ‘Exemplary Services in Field of Education’

Recognizing the hard work and passion of our very own, we are delighted to share the news that Prof Harkiran Kaur Batra, Vice President, Chitkara Alumni Network, Chitkara University, was honoured by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Punjab, Captain Amarinder Singh for her “Exemplary Services in Field of Education” from Royal City Patiala, during the 70th Republic Day Celebrations held at Patiala. Her nomination noted she is a true teacher-mentor, scholar and leader who ably transmits her knowledge, skills and enthusiasm for high-quality access for all.

Prof Harkiran has been associated with Chitkara University since its inception in 2003, and has been a dynamic voice in the field of education, working towards professional development, leadership and teaching excellence, thus creating a positive impact on her peers & students at Chitkara University. A perfect combination of passion & intellect, she has proved her mettle as an ‘academician par excellence’ and has donned many hats exploring ways to engage and equip today’s learners for their best possible futures at Chitkara University.
