Chitkara Happiness Centre organised a session with Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture to help participants “Be Productive and Think Smarter.” The session was led by Manav Bansal, who aimed to equip students with effective strategies for boosting productivity and achieving success.
The session commenced with an engaging presentation on “Story of Productive Work,” which set the tone for the discussion. Manav Bansal then shared an inspiring account of Warren Buffett’s success story, highlighting the importance of discipline, focus, and smart decision-making.

A thought-provoking video on the “5/25 Rule” illustrated the significance of prioritising tasks and avoiding distractions. Manav Bansal also explored the concept of Parkinson’s Law, which states that “work expands to fill the time available for its completion,” emphasising the need for effective time management.

Manav Bansal introduced the “5S Methodology” as a tool for streamlining workflows, eliminating waste, and enhancing productivity. Through interactive discussions and activities, participants gained valuable insights into applying these principles in their personal and professional lives.

By the end of the session, participants were empowered with practical strategies to enhance their productivity, work smarter, and achieve their goals more effectively. The collaboration between Chitkara Happiness Centre and the Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture, under the leadership of Manav Bansal, proved to be a highly successful initiative in promoting a culture of productivity and well-being among students. This joint effort not only instilled valuable skills but also reinforced the importance of a balanced approach to personal and professional growth.
