Chitkara faculty gives an invited talk at International Conference

In continuation with the endeavors of the faculty to participate and represent Chitkara University at international platforms, Mr. Inderbir Singh Bakshi, Associate Professor & HOD (Pharm. Tech.) Chitkara College of Pharmacy, Chitkara University, Punjab participated and presented an invited talk on the topic “Modified Materials as Pharmaceutical Excipients” at International Conference on Science and Engineering of Materials (ICSEM-2014) organized by School of Basic Sciences and Research, Sharda University, Greater Noida (UP), India from 6-8th Applications of materials in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences and other applied sciences were discussed at large.

Overall, interdisciplinary applicability of materials towards improving the quality of day to day life were discussed by material scientists from India and abroad. A good number of delegates from different countries attended the conference. Dr. Madhu Chitkara, Vice-Chancellor, and Dr. Sandeep Arora, Director, Chitkara College of Pharmacy, Chitkara University, Punjab, congratulated Mr. Inderbir Singh for his achievement and representing Chitkara University at international forum of material science.
