Chitkara College of Hotel Management & Catering invited Celebrity Chef Parvinder Singh Bali

The famous Chef Parvinder Singh Bali, Corporate Chef (L&D), The Oberoi Hotels is also a renowned author as well, and on his visit to Chitkara University he left the students marveled with his exceptional knowledge on food. He addressed the students and gave them “Success Mantras” (based on his personal life experiences) to become a great Chef.

Parvinder Bali also talked about the importance of “Will to Gain Skill”, things to keep in mind while preparing for interview at OCLD- premier Management Trainee program of the country, and aspects to focus on during their industrial trainings.

Chef Bali demonstrated the dishes in both classic and modernist format and emphasized the need to learn the science and art of cooking.

Speaking to Radio Chitkara 107.8 FM, he stressed that the simple tip to preparing good food can be quoted as “Cooked with Heart” and this is the reason that the food prepared by mothers is always delicious and sumptuous.
