Chitkara College of Hospitality Management organises a Mocktail competition with a theme ‘The Surprise Box’

Chikara College of Hospitality Management organised a Mocktail competition, themed “The Surprise Box”, to give students an opportunity to flaunt their beverage knowledge and skills and experiment with different flavours and ingredients.

Mr Rajeev, Banquet Manager from The Lalit, Chandigarh, was the judge for the competition. While sharing his knowledge with students, he spoke about the latest trends in mocktails, and further motivated students to strive hard for their future by sharing his professional experience.

The first prize was bagged by students Shruti Behl, Vishesh Chawla, Jashandeep and Kabir; while the second slot went to Mohit, Napat, Sangarsh and Pitamber Kamra. Students Rahul Kumar, Rahul Gulati, Kashish and Kanika, were placed third.
