Tiranga’ Twist To Celebrations!
Independence Day is a day to feel proud and patriotic. From songs to Bollywood movies to television programs, the day is all about the love for Tri-colour and paying a tribute to our freedom fighters. And the love of the tricolour also spilt over to the Chitkara College of Hospitality Management, who celebrated the 72nd Independence Day by organising the Tri-colour Chef Competition for the students of BSc Hospitality Administration (HA) and Hospitality & Hotel Administration (H & HA) at the university campus. The judge of the competition was Chef Sanjeev Verma, Managing Partner & Executive Chef, Pashtun.
Aimed at celebrating our gastronomic diversity, students were asked to curate dishes soaked in the colours of our National Flag, for the competition. Adding a magical “Tiranga” twist to their creations, students presented a culinary spectacle! Sahil Ahuja, and Sahil Kulgod (CSH) were declared winners of the contest. The first runners-up position was presented to Sumit Singh, Pankaj Verma, Pitamber Camra, and Shivang Sekhri (CCHM), and the second runners-up position went to Sachin Uttreja, Riya Makkar (CCHM) and Angad Singh, Harshit Sachdeva (CSH).
