Chitkara chefs take part in ‘Art on the Plate Challenge’

Putting art on a plate is no easy job but the one who is able to do it is acknowledged as a good chef. Taking this art ahead, Chef Ankit Mathur, Chef Manish Kumar, Ms. Kamaljit Kaur and student Chef Karandeep Singh of Chitkara School of Hospitality participated in ‘Art on the Plate Challenge’.

It surely was not a child’s play, as it needs expertise and precision. However, our chefs were simply at their best at the challenge. The event took place at Elante Mall in Chandigarh. Chef Manjit Gill, Chef Sibal and Chef Vikas Kapoor were the guests who judged the competition.

Everyone at the challenge appreciated the efforts put in by our chefs.
