Chitkara Business School organised 5th annual International Conference on Management and Information Systems
Chitkara Business School organised its fifth annual International Conference on Management and Information Systems (ICMIS-2017) at Bangkok, Thailand. The conference is annually organised by CBS in association with International Forum of Management Scholars (INFOMS) & the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS).
The conference’s aim was to get together primary academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to talk about their experiences and research results on all aspects of Municipal Infrastructure and Standards. It also provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Municipal Infrastructure and Standards.
All honorable authors were encouraged to contribute to and help shape the conference through submissions of their research abstracts, papers and e-posters. Also, high-quality research contributions describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work in all areas of Municipal Infrastructure and Standards were there for presentation at the conference.
The conference received more than 50 research papers. Dr. Shiv Aggarwal, Sr. Official from AIMS-International welcomed the presenters. Mr. Gur Prasad Kohli, Vice-President and Head South Asia of Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics. Papers were presented by researchers from China, USA, India, Korea and Thailand.
