Chitkara band wins ‘Symphony Battle of Bands’

Music, beats, harmony, melody and a lot more, the band at Chitkara is a pro at all aspects of music. Following their passion for music, Chitkara University band has won the second prize at a fest held at IIT, Roorkee.

It was ‘Symphony Battle of Bands’, where the band outshone others with utter ease and passion. Chitkara University believes in nurturing the talent of its students for which it has been able to deliver a world-class infrastructure at both the campuses where students have also delivered exceptional results and the Chitkara band is an example of this.

Our band comprises Ishan Manan, fourth-year ME student, Divdeep Singh, fourth-year ME student, and Rajat Garg, fourth-year ECE student, of Chitkara University, Punjab. Their band DEATH ANNIVERSARY defeated 14 bands in the prelims before they reached the final stage.

The fest was an apt platform for our budding artists to perform and mesmerize the audience with their sheer talent. Everyone at Chitkara University congratulates the young talent for their achievement
