Chef Vikas Khanna’s book release at Chitkara University hogs limelight

Chitkara University has arranged for the release of Chef Vikas Khanna’s book HYMNS from the SOIL and an interaction with the students of Chitkara School of Hospitality. The book release at the University hogged immense limelight in various newspapers across the tricity and outside.

Chef Vikas Khanna is a renowned chef who has worked in United States of America and in India and helped choose ace chefs at Masterchef, a series on television.

The book release was covered by many in the media. The event turned out to be an infotainment program where he not only talked about his book but gave tips to Chitkara students on how to carve a niche in the food industry.
