CCN celebrates International Nurses Day 2018 on a theme ‘Nurses a voice to lead: Health is Human Right for all’
Chitkara School of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing celebrated the International Nurses Day. The theme for this year was “Nurses a voice to lead: Health is Human Right for all”. This day was celebrated through Oath-taking Ceremony an auspicious occasion in every Nurse’s life is held in reverence to Florence Nightingale (Founder of Nursing).
B.Sc Nursing 1st-yr students were formally inducted into the Noble Profession of Nursing by recited the Nightingale pledge and Anthem from the Nursing fraternity. They dedicated themselves to the Nursing profession to carry out their duties with compassion, empathy, love and devotion.
The ceremony was delightfully organized and enlightening the students become a part of the profession.
The various competitions like Poster making, Fruit Carving, Regain and Reuse Photography, Group Dance, Solo Dance and Singing competitions were conducted with excellent efforts by students and teachers.
