BitsNBytes club organises a two-day workshop on Python and Android for students

To match the pace of advancing technologies, BitsNBytes organized a two-day workshop on Python and Android with the titled ‘RESTing with Python’ and ‘GET the Droids’ on 13th-14th March 2018. The workshop was organized by BNB Faculty Advisor Vandana Saini. CSE Third year UCA students Aditya Aggarwal and Jai Kathuria were the resource person.

Students explored a new field of technology. On day one of a workshop, aspirants tried their hands on basics of HTTP requests; they explored how a server works and even created their very own server using Flask Framework. Day two came with more mind-boggling concepts as deploying the server on Heroku and Using APIs with the help of Retrofit. Feeling confident with these enriching concepts, students ended the workshop with smiling faces.
