BBA student honoured with Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award

Kritika Chopra, First-Year Student of BBA, Chitkara University, Punjab, has been honoured with Gold Award of Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award.

The Gold Award Ceremony was held at India international Centre, Delhi, on July 7, 2014. She was honoured by Dr.Shahabuddin Yaqoob Quraishi, Former Chief Election Commissioner.

Kritika had been working under IAYP (International Award for Young People ) and after 18 months of work in the areas that included skill development, physical recreation, service to society, adventure journey and residential project. She is now a proud Gold Awardee and a part of International Award family.

She also got a chance to interact with young students from Congo, Africa, who were from the association of African students in India.

She also has been given a chance to work as a part of international family and further take part as an IGE, International Gold Event, representative.

The entire Chitkara fraternity extends its heartiest congratulations to her and wishes her the best of everything.
