Barkha Gvalani from Google Ventures deliver expert talk to Computer Science and Health Sciences Students

Centre of Excellence in ‪Entrepreneurship Education (CEEE) organised an expert talk by Ms Barkha Gvalani from ‪Google Ventures. Ms Barkha is working as the Data Analyst and Chief Executive of Staff at Google Ventures, USA, and also an advisor to many ‪‎startups in India.

She stated that many institutions in the private and public sector have already moved to the third wave of IT adoption—full digitization of their entire enterprise, including digital products, channels, and processes, as well as advanced analytics that enable entirely new operating models. Now that patients around the world have grown more comfortable using digital networks and services, the time has come for healthcare systems to go “all in” on their digital strategies.

It was an overwhelming session the students experienced. Ms. Barkha spoke about the various entrepreneurial options concerning digital platform throwing light on the Integration of Digital Technology in Healthcare sectors as Startup options for the student ventures. The students from Computer Science and School of Health Sciences could get the real feel of diverse Startup options in their related domains, thus igniting many novel ideas.
