Bandana Bisht presents research paper at 22nd World Congress of Social Psychiatry
Bandana Bisht, Vice-Principal, Chitkara College of Nursing presented her research paper ‘Workplace Conflicts & Stress among Nurses- a phenomenological study’ in 22nd World Congress of Social Psychiatry organized by ‘World Association of Social Psychiatry’ (WASP), which was one of the biggest conferences ever with 76 symposiums, 5 workshops, 7 plenary sessions, 20 parallel paper sessions.
WASP brought together over 1100 mental health professional delegates from 48 countries across the globe which includes 150 participants from Europe, 35 from Japan, 48 from USA and so on. Ms Bandana has been appreciated for her research work and she has also earned 24 educational credits of World Psychiatric Association.
The Congress provided a forum to explore issues of mutual concern as well as exchange knowledge, share evidence and ideas, and generate solutions in psychiatric and psychological disorders.
Bandana Bisht has completed her Graduation from PGIMER, Chandigarh and Post Graduation in Mental Health Nursing from CMC & H, Punjab. Presently she is pursuing her PhD in Health Sciences. She has worked in OT and ICUs and Psychiatric settings She has a passion for teaching with innovative and interesting methods. She has won RJ hunt and Best Faculty Advisor Award at Chitkara University.
In 2015, she had also received a Recognition Certificate for her phenomenal & worthy Research paper presented at International Conference in San Fransisco, USA
