Ashween and Sagar, MBA Students pursuing Semester Exchange Programs at Netherlands and Germany

Ashween Dara of MBA, Human Resource (HR) and Sagar Sharma of MBA. Supply Chain Management (SCM) from Chitkara Business School are currently pursuing their Semester Exchange Programs at Fonty’s University, Netherlands, and DHBW Heidenheim, Germany.

Ashween and Sagar are of the view that their internships provide practical experience, a sample of life in a chosen field, networking opportunities, workplace confidence, and practice using specialist skills and vocabulary amongst real world customers and colleagues.

The progression of society has moved fast and we have had to adapt to quench our new-found thirst for knowledge. As the worker’s demand for learning increased, so too did the value of the internship. Following this belief and need, Sagar and Ashween are exploring the world of knowledge and possibilities that lie ahead of them. It is also good for students to get a hands-on experience at how the real professional world is through internship. Both of them are grateful to their alma mater to give them this opportunity.
