Ankush Saini Student of CSH shines at the First IFCA National Young Chefs Convention 2016.

Ankush Saini, student of 5th Sem Bsc H&HA represented Chitkara School of Hospitality (CSH) at “Two day IFCA National Young Chefs Convention 2016, held at the prestigious “Radisson Blu Plaza, New Delhi”. The convention witnessed participation from Government and Private Hotel Management Institutes with over two hundred students who aspire of becoming Chefs. Celebrity Chefs who graced the occasion were Chef Thomas Gugler, Dr. Chef Soundaranjan , Chef Manjit Gill, Chef Abhijit Saha & Chef Neha Lakhani to name a few.

Ankush had a great learning experience as he participated in the entire event. He was also recognized for “the best feedback” amongst all participants. The two day convention connected him well with the latest trends in the culinary world and also improved his networking amongst the who’s-who of the hospitality sector.
