Anjali, Manik Engineering students felicitated with Outstanding Student Award at IEI 72nd Annual General Meet

Anjali, 7th Sem student of Chitkara Department of Computer Science and Engineering and Manik Modgil, 7th Sem Student of Chitkara School of Electronics and Communication Engineering were felicitated with “Outstanding Student Award’ from The Institution of Engineers, Punjab & Chandigarh State Centre, Chandigarh for their academic achievements. The award consisted of the cash prize of Rs 5000/-, memento and certificate of merit and was given by Er H C S Berry, President, Institution of Engineers, Kolkata during the course of IEI 72nd Annual General Meeting . Prof. Anu Singla, Associate Professor, faculty-in-charge of IEI Students’ Chapter was also honoured on the occasion for her contribution to the progress of students’ chapter and mentoring the students.

Speaking on the occasion, Er P S Bhogal, Chairman, IEI Punjab & Chandigarh Centre said that young engineers are future of the country. Er S L Garg, Past President of IEI, Kolkata was Guest of Honour. He congratulated all the award winners and faculty members and urged them to work for the development of society.
