Amandeep Singh Kukreja, Jatin Kinger from BBA foster global approach at EM Normandie, France

In order to take the next step, Amandeep Singh Kukreja and Jatin Kinger, BBA Students of Chitkara Business School, are in Astrix Park, Paris during their Semester Exchange Program at EM Normandie, France.

The core mission of our semester exchange program is to train students and executives who are able to take up the administrative and commercial challenges of tomorrow, make decisions, and work in a professional environment marked by improbability. And we are glad that Amendeep and Jatin are a part of it. These programs make the students get involved with its extended regional environment as well as with local and international development projects.
The exposure has allowed Jatin and Amandeep expand the boundary of knowledge due to academic research by faculty that relates to business practice in the workplace, offer a progressive education that combines a digital focus, teamwork and the humanities and provide lifelong career orientation and support.

Professionalization (with a stress on training through on-site fieldwork) and the internationalisation of students, together with the blend of research into the University’s programmes, contribute to mounting the technical competencies that organisations look for. We intend to promote a practical approach and initiative-taking in response to the planned and organisational changes required by a framework marked by innovation in an progressively more international and digital age.
