Alumnus Bimla Joshi, MBA batch 2012-14 awarded ‘Bidya Bhushan’ by President of Nepal
And the accolades just keep on coming. Our alumnus Ms. Bimala Joshi from MBA batch 2012-2014, received the highest award in education, “Bidya Bhushan” award, from President of Nepal on September 8, 2017. The award was conferred on the occasion of the National Education Day and International Literacy Day by the President of Nepal.
President Bidya Devi Bhandari, awarded various students from college and university, who had outstanding results.
Bimla after receiving the award thanked her Alma Mater and sent across her gratitude to Chitkara University for enabling her to be what she is today.
Bimla stated that President Bhandari called on the awarded personalities to use their skills in nation-building, and insisted on combined efforts to make education available to all with its timely reforms.
Education Minister Dhaniram Poudel was also present at the occasion and applauded Bimla and others, who are a great help to society. He stated that it is these individuals, who have the responsibility of taking the world ahead.
