Ishmeet, Chetan, Piyush of CSE Students win Scholarship for Google Android Developer Nanodegree Course
Our three musketeers have made it big by winning the “Scholarship for Google Android Developer Nanodegree Course”.
Ishmeet Singh, Chetan Kaushik and Piyush Sohal , the shining stars of Chitkara Department of Computer Sciences, cracked the series of rounds to win the “Scholarship from Google India for Android Developer Nanodegree Course” hosted by Udacity under Google Students Ambassador Programme and Google Development Group, Chandigarh.
For intermediate Java developers pursuing Android specialization, this program will teach the tools, principles, and patterns that underlie all Android development to our students.
Android is an open-source Linux-based operating system designed mainly for smart phones and tablets. Owing to the popularity of Android, Mobile Apps development industries are considering Android Application Development as one of the best remunerative business opportunities. The need to hire knowledgeable mobile application developer is intense. Here we are recalling Eric Schmidt’s statement – “Mobile is the future of Software Development”- Android is on the path of proving the same.
