Fifth Media Fest Udaan 2015 Organised with Great Fervor and Zeal by CSMC

The fifth Media Fest Udaan 2015 hosted by Chitkara School of Mass Communication was a grand success.
The stage was set and so were various opportunities lined up at Chitkara University, Punjab, for various colleges that had come and displayed their media skills.
It was time for UDAAN 2015’, a media fest, that happened with a lot of enthusiasm and excitement. School of Mass communication organized the annual media fest in which Schools, Institutes, Colleges, Universities vied for various positions.
Dr. Madhu Chitkara, Vice Chancellor, Chitkara University inaugurated the gala event and shared her views with budding ‎media‬ professionals that ethics and credibility were their essentials. The day buzzed with various events like page designing, news reading for TV, news reporting for TV, RJying, story writing, photography, cartoon making, quiz, documentary, advertising, video editing etc.
It was indeed an experience of a lifetime as various colleges and institutes used one common platform and explored their potential with us. Twenty different Universities from all over India participated in the fest.
The trophy of Udaan 2015 was lifted by Department of ‪‎Journalism‬ and ‪‎Mass Communication‬, Regional Centre GND University, Jalandhar.
