2nd National-level workshop on Research Methods and Data Analysis organised

Chitkara University, Punjab Campus, organized the second national-level faculty workshop on Research Methods and Data Analysis, RMDA-2013 on June 29 and 30, 2013 at Chitkara Business School, Chitkara University, Punjab.

The workshop was a tremendous learning experience for 35 faculty members who came from various universities in the country.

The faculty members registered to attend the workshop were from University of Jammu, Amity University, Kumaun University, Nainital, Punjabi University, Patiala, Panjab University, Chandigarh, GNDU, Amritsar, Lovely Professional University, University of Madras, Arni University, Zoological Survey of India, Dyalbagh University, Agra, CT Institute, DAV Chandigarh, DAV University, Jalandhar, University Institute of Legal Studies, Vaishno College, Thapkour, and some other regional institutes.

The aim of the workshop was to teach various techniques to be used on SPSS software of IBM while taking up their research work.

The workshop had four technical sessions, covering various aspects of data analysis through SPSS. The workshop was organized in association with SPSS. Prof. Saurabh Aggarwal, alumni of IIT-Delhi and IIT-Kanpur was the resource person, he is a Consultant to SPSS South Asia.
