17th Batch of ‘Basics Computer Course’ for underprivileged girl students successfully concludes with End-Term Examination

Chitkara University encourages and propels its students & faculty to stay committed to their responsibilities towards the society.

Continuing its humble contribution towards society, Chitkara University successfully completed the free-of-cost, 6-month training ‘Basics Computer Course’ at Punjabi Welfare Society, Cheeka, Kaithal, for the 17th Batch this year. The course saw the successful completion of 51 underprivileged girl students with the End Term Examination on December 1, 2019.

The ‘Basics Computer Course’ is a free of cost, basic computer course of six months for underprivileged girl students, run by Punjabi Welfare Society, Cheeka in association with Chitkara Education Trust under ‘Mission Outreach’. The program was inaugurated by Vice-Chancellor Dr. Madhu Chitkara in the year 2010.
