Our MBA Human Resource Management syllabus focuses on fundamental human resource management and strategy knowledge. Thanks to numerous experiential learning opportunities, you will refine your experiences in HR, Management, and Organisational Behaviour studies. The emphasis throughout the course is on the strategic role of HR in today’s business environment. Additionally, you will gain an international perspective on HRM, considering various cultural contexts. You will also engage with the latest HRM research, learning to apply it to find practical solutions to real business challenges.

Structurally, the MBA Human Resource Management degree program spans 4 semesters of 6 months each. The program follows module-based teaching—each module includes two subjects, worth two to three credits, with each credit representing 18 hours of study, including classroom teaching, projects, and assignments.

Eligibility

  • The chief eligibility criterion is that the candidate should have completed the Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in any stream.
  • The candidate appearing in the final year examination can apply, but must have a minimum of 50% till the previous year’s examination.
  • The applicant must have appeared for CAT / MAT / NMAT / XAT / CMAT score, followed by Group Discussions and a Personal Interview round at Chitkara University.
  • Applicants who haven’t taken any of the above-mentioned entrance tests must take the Chitkara University Test to meet eligibility, followed by Group Discussions and Personal Interview
