Fee Structure at Chitkara University

A student will save significantly on international tuition fee during their two years of study at Chitkara University in India. The international fee will only be applicable when the student transfers to USA in the third year at ASU University.

  • Students who will continue in the 3rd Year of the program at Chitkara University will be required to pay a nominal program fee of Rs. 1,65,000/- per semester for the 3rd & 4th Year and will graduate with a B.E. degree in Computer Science & Technology from Chitkara University.

How to Apply

You can visit our website, download the application form, visit our admission office in Chandigarh, or speak with our representative. Once you meet the eligibility criteria, submit the form with the required documents and application fee to receive your admission letter. Eligibility for the Academic Year 2025:

  • Successful completion of Class XII with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics with a minimum 65% aggregate and 65% in Mathematics
  • A minimum of 65% in English in Class XII OR
  • Achievement of a minimum score of 6.5 bands on the IELTS English proficiency test with no band less than 6 OR TOEFL iBT score of 79 linternet-based test, taken in a testing centre).
  • Mandatory Personal Interview with our Academic Team.

ASU NEW AMERICAN UNIVERSITY (NAMU) SCHOLARSHIP

Arizona State University offers merit-based scholarships to outstanding incoming international students. Students are considered for this award when they are admitted to ASU. No separate application is required.

  • ⁠Eligibility and award values are determined by visa status and tuition classification (e.g. dual citizens or students not on an F-1 could change values/eligibility).
  • Transfer NAMU values, eligibility criteria and whether we offer is determined on an annual basis. There are times when Spring values/eligibility varies from Fall.
  • Renewal criteria requires completion of at least 30 semester credits annually and a 3.0 GPA.
  • ⁠The term of the award of is up to two years (four semesters total) depending on profile at time of admission.
  • The annual award value is split and awarded by fall and spring semesters.
  • ⁠Students who attend programs on the West Valley or Polytechnic campuses may be eligible for additional scholarships.

NAMU Undergraduate Scholarship Criteria for Fall 2025

  • Eligibility factors: Highly competitive GPA and TOEFL/IELTS score (Note, if student takes English for UG Admission & Achievement (EUGAA) course to fulfil English language proficiency, then they will be evaluated on GPA only.)

Online programs

  • Award levels: $3,000 to $10,000 per year
  • Renewable: Up to 2 semesters for 3+1 students, and 4 semesters for 2+2 students. Must maintain full-time enrolment and a minimum cumulative ASU GPA of 3.00.
