Yoga Session for Mental Strength & Fitness

The International Day of Happiness is just around the corner, and what better way to celebrate than by taking care of our mental well-being with a yoga session? Yoga is an ancient practice that has been proven to help with mental strength and fitness, and it’s the perfect way to boost your mood and energy levels on this special day.

Join us for a special yoga session on the International Day of Happiness, where we will focus on strengthening our minds and bodies through a series of yoga poses and breathing exercises. This session is organized by the Department of Computer Science under the aegis of National Service Scheme, NSS, Chitkara University on March 20th, 2023 | 09:30am – 10:30 am | Venue – OAT, LE CORBUSIER BLOCK. The session is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, so everyone is welcome to join us.
