Leadership Talk with Mr Keshav R. Murugesh

Chitkara University is honoured to organise a Leadership Talk with Keshav R Murugesh, Group CEO of WNS Global Services & Former Chairman of NASSCOM, popularly known as The Turnaround Turk. Responsible for executing business strategy and directing the overall performance and growth of more than 43k employees across 16 countries, he has been at the helm of global majors such as Syntel and ITC (an affiliate of BAT Plc) and has chaired the NASSCOM BPM Council for two consecutive terms.

Mr Murugesh, credited with rewriting the rules of the BPM industry, led a rebranding campaign called ‘Become World Worthy’ and created a conducive ecosystem for building the talent pool through closer ties between industry and the academia.

He also led the initiative to work closely with central and state governments for work-from-home (WFH) transition for the IT-ITeS industry employees during the lockdown due to COVID-19.

He will address the Chitkara University students in an exclusive power-packed session on 30th Sept from 4 to 5 pm. This Leadership Talk is another one in the series of the numerous webinars being organised by Chitkara University under The Explore Series where industry honchos from a variety of industries have been interacting with the students regularly.
