Convocation 2014

Dear Graduates,

By this time most of you would have been settled in your respective jobs and must be working hard and diligent to achieve your goals.

You will be glad to learn that the Ninth Annual Convocation of Chitkara campus (Punjab) will be held on July 19, 2014 (Saturday). The convocation is an important event in the life of every student – the outcome of your many years of perseverance and hard work. To make this important occasion memorable, your presence is required on the said date. Dignitaries of eminence will be there to honour you and confer degrees.

The rehearsal of the convocation will be held on July 19 itself. The attendance on the rehearsal is mandatory and you will be required to collect your gown at the time of rehearsal. In case you do not attend the rehearsal in the morning, the degree will not be awarded during the convocation ceremony.

You are required to confirm your attendance in advance by submitting the registration form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1R5Fxh5OG7ib4z_SQRVTz8fJBH2NrX-VVU114Jk0G6Bk/viewform?usp=send_form link latest by July 10, 2014. The venue, schedule and other details will be available on university website www.chitkara.edu.in after July 11, 2014.
