Chitkara University Global Business Week 2014 at Chitkara Business School

The second edition of Global Business Week at Chitkara University will be organized from 6 to 10 October, 2014 at Chitkara Business School. The event serves as a catalyst for infusing cross-cultural competence, knowledge transfer as well as networking among faculty. Chitkara University students experience stimulating interactive sessions with faculty from its partner universities around the world. Students gain competence towards becoming global learners as they witness unprecedented pedagogical styles during the five days of their participation in the event. This year, the topics to be explored during the Global Business Week include International Marketing, Managing Across Culture, Power and Culture of Organization, Corporate Governance, and The Role of the European Union in the Globalized World. The lectures will be held every day during the week. All the courses taught by the international faculty are considered not only useful but also in demand by the prospective placement companies. The global business week is a footprint of the global engagement at Chitkara University and one of the best ways of internationalizing the student learning experience.
