We at CFEC have specially crafted eleven modules equip to students with the skills and knowledge about each aspect of Investment Banking to make the candidate “Job Ready”. Each module trains and educates the candidate with practical experience required for an Investment Banking role. The Program involves 300 -320 hours of rigorous classroom training, where candidate learns by implementing the concepts and techniques in class. The course also trains participants in various verticals including but not limited to risk modelling, Financial Modelling, Statistical Modelling etc. The course also provides placement assistance across variety of MNC’s, Investment Banks, Boutique firms and KPO’s.
Investment banking is a cut throat market and requires people with strong analytical skills. The average age of a candidate who enters in the field of Investment banking lies in between 22 to 25. In case the profile matches our selection criteria, the candidate shall have to appear for a short exam conducted by us to judge about the analytical skills of the candidate. Short listed candidates shall be called for the interviews. Interviewed candidates shall be further reviewed and successful candidates can join us at CFEC for a bright and prosperous training program.
We are looking for ambitious candidates who want to make their careers in investment banking, risk management, portfolio management, equity research or corporate finance. Prior knowledge in finance is NOT mandatory to become a part of such program. Candidates come from variety of verticals including:
To obtain any Certification, be it on a standalone module or Certification in Investment Banking, a participant has to successfully clear the end of Module exam for standalone modules and a project for the Certification in Investment Banking. The exam contains case study based test (to be performed in excel) and an MCQ test in Paper pencil mode. The passing marks for each module varies depending on the complexity of the module.

The candidate who is willing to join the program will have to deposit the prescribed fee. The batch size is limited to 30 students, so enrolment is on first come, first serve basis. Fees can be submitted by way of Cash, Cheque or Demand draft. Details about Fee structure of each program is mentioned at their respective pages. Failure to pay the fee will result in forfeiture of the seat and the seat would be allotted to the next candidate.
