Curriculum

The MBA program at Chitkara University offers a structured curriculum that provides a comprehensive understanding of various facets of business operations. Structured over 4 semesters, each lasting 6 months, the MBA programs at Chitkara University adopts a module-based teaching approach. Each module comprises subjects that delve into key areas such as marketing, finance, healthcare management, business analytics, and human resource management. Students engage in a blend of theoretical learning, practical projects, and assignments, totaling 18 hours per credit. The program emphasizes essential aspects like strategic competitiveness, leadership, and incisive decision-making, preparing graduates to compete and drive transformative change in the business realm.

CAPSTONE PROJECT

Eligibility

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
Candidates appearing in the final year examination can also apply, but they must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the previous examinations. However, they will need to submit their graduation completion certificate within a specified period, failing which they will be de-registered.
Work experience is not a mandatory requirement for admission.
All candidates must take the Chitkara University Test, which has three sections: Quantitative, Reasoning, and Language Skills. This is a qualifying round and candidates need to pass it.
Candidates who have taken exams like CAT, MAT, NMAT, XAT, or CMAT can directly appear for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD&PI) round after submitting their scores.
Candidates who have not taken any of the above-mentioned entrance exams will have to take the Chitkara University Test followed by the GD&PI round.”
