National conference on Envisioning- The Essence of Nursing
Chitkara College of Nursing, Chitkara University, Punjab, will be organizing a national conference on Envisioning- The Essence of Nursing in November this year.
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
Nurses are expected to recognize and respond to the plethora of new demands arising from ever-changing and increasingly complex healthcare system. The rapidly changing health care system requires nurses to possess better knowledge, clinical competency, greater independence and autonomy in clinical judgment. For this change to happen, they need to know the importance of research in nursing profession. This conference provides the platform for nurses to present and share the information regarding their research and innovation in the fields of nursing practice, education and administration.

SCIENTIFIC PAPER PRESENTATION
Scientific papers are invited on topics relevant to the theme and sub themes of the conference for oral and poster presentation. All Papers will be reviewed by the Scientific committee before acceptance. Abstract are to be typed on A4 paper (Font -Times New Roman,12 size ,1.5 spacing & not exceeding 300 words) should be submitted by 31 August 2014.

Only registered delegates are eligible for Paper Presentation. Best paper and poster will be awarded in the valedictory session.
SPECIFICATION FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

REGISTRATION DETAILS
Early birds registration will be up to 31 August, 2014, late registration will be up to 31 October, 2014 and on the spot registration will also be applicable.
Fee for early bird registration, late registration and on the spot registration, respectively:
Delegates: Rs.2000 /- Rs. 3000/- Rs. 3500/
Research scholars/Students: Rs. 1000/- Rs.1500/- Rs. 2000/
Foreign Delegates US $ 80, US $ 100, US $ 120
MODE OF PAYMENT
Registration fees may be sent by demand Draft from any nationalized bank drawn in favor of ‘Chitkara University’ payable at Chandigarh. Accommodation will also be available for few delegates on first come first serve basis . Charges for accommodation will be separate.
