Harit Nagpal Tata Play CEO Empowers Chitkara University Students with Career Advice
Harit Nagpal, Managing Director & CEO of Tata Play, recently engaged with students at Chitkara University, offering insights on achieving success in life and career. The session, titled “What Would Help Today’s Youth Succeed in Life and Their Career,” provided a valuable platform for students to learn from a leading figure in India’s media and entertainment industry.
Hosted at the Chancellor’s Secretariat by Dr. Madhu Chitkara, Pro-Chancellor of Chitkara University, Nagpal was welcomed by Dr. Sandhir Sharma, Vice-Chancellor, Chitkara University, Nagina Bains, Director of Testler, and Prof. Sourav Roy, Director of the University Readiness Academy. The presence of these key figures highlighted the significance of this session for the university community.
Harit Nagpal, renowned for campaigns like Hutch’s “You & I” and the Binge TV app, shared his professional journey, highlighting pivotal moments and the challenges he overcame. He emphasised the importance of resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset, urging students to embrace change and continuously develop their skills. He noted that success today requires not just technical expertise but also a strong sense of purpose and the ability to innovate.
