In collaboration with the Office of Student Affairs, Chitkara Happiness Centre conducted a special session for students of Government High School, Thuha, as part of the Community Happiness Project. The initiative aimed to inspire and uplift students of Classes IX and X through interactive and engaging activities designed to foster positivity, gratitude, and ambition.

The session for Class X began with motivating stories from the life of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, sparking conversations around the importance of dreams and aspirations. These stories encouraged students to reflect on their own ambitions, leading to an open discussion where many eagerly shared their future goals. To lighten the atmosphere, a lively laughter session was held, followed by a segment on the significance of gratitude in everyday life. The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, where enthusiastic students were recognised for their active participation.

For Class IX, the session kicked off with an inspiring shayari, creating a positive and energised atmosphere. A laughter session soon followed, lifting the spirits of the students before they were introduced to a heartwarming story about the value of gratitude. The highlight of the session was the interactive “Gratitude Game” (statue game), where students danced and learnt about the importance of thankfulness in a fun and engaging way.

The Community Happiness Project at Thuha village left a lasting impression on the students, filling them with joy, inspiration, and a renewed sense of purpose. The event was a meaningful success, and Chitkara Happiness Centre looks forward to continuing its efforts in spreading positivity and happiness among the community.
