Hospitality students learn mixology with bar wizard

It is not only food and the aroma that you generate through impeccable cooking skills, which makes you great at your work in the hotel industry, but drinks too form an integral part of the same. Following this, Chitkara University believes in leaving no stone unturned when it comes to instilling exceptional skills among our students and this led to a two-day workshop for students of Chitkara School of Hospitality where they learnt the tricks of the trade from bar wizard Sandy Verma.

The event included mixology and wine identification and tasting. Students learnt about what goes well with a particular flavor and what doesn’t suit the other. The students later got a chance to ask questions based on mixing of drinks and wines. The participants expressed their satisfaction and pleasure for having attended the workshop. The students also thanked Chitkara School of Hospitality for conducting such useful events and workshops for them.
