Chitkara University Engineering programs Rated ‘AAA+’ by Careers360

Chitkara University, Punjab, has been Rated AAA+ for Engineering Programs among Central/Deemed/State Private Universities in North India, by Careers360, in their April 2019 issue, titled, India’s Best Engineering Colleges 2019. According to Careers360, ‘AAA+’ Score Rating falls in the 70-79 percentile and is considered ‘Good’.

Overall, Careers360 rated Engineering Colleges on parameters – Cut-offs of national / state level Entrance exams; Publication record from Elsevier’s indexing database – Scopus; and Accreditation and Reward status. Based on the individual scores secured by colleges in respective parameters the cumulative score of all the colleges ranked was calculated. According to careers360, the main objective of their rating & ranking is to help students decide the top-ranked colleges where they can seek admission. The parameters used to rank/rate colleges are relevant to aspirants and are pre-requisite for colleges for providing intellectual ecosystem.
