Chitkara College of Education organised an Experiential Learning Workshop for Alpha Teachers

The application of innovative teaching and learning methods is critical if we are to motivate and engender a spirit of learning as well as enthusiasm on the part of students. Keeping this in mind, Chitkara College of Education hosted an Experiential Learning Workshop on ‘Innovative Tools and Techniques in Teaching Learning and Assessment’ for the Alpha Teachers.

The Workshop was conducted by Butterfly Edufields that develops learning programs for K-12 students. Mr. Uday Bhaskar and Mr. Pravesh Mohey steered the hands-on learning activities with the prospective teachers. The team conducted various DIY activities which included, Magnetic Levitation Project, Make Hydraulic Jack & Shooter, among others. The aim of this workshop was to give Alpha Teachers hands-on learning on teaching methodologies conducive to learning, and thus engage their students by utilizing innovative DIY methods so that their learning process is as free-flowing as possible.
